I don’t have the answers for all the problems in the world, I don’t even have the answer to all of my problems, for that matter. But I’ll tell you one thing about life that I do know, a lesson I learned at a young age but only understood at the age of 21. Never let your fears ruin you. You are a boulder racing through time-frames with fears piling up quicker than you age, faster and more rapidly than any mistake you’ve let slip through your grasp; a millisecond has defined your circumstances. But you are stronger than you know. And more importantly, you are stronger than they know — than they believe — than they wish. So let them underestimate your capacity. But do not let yourself fall to your knees and beg for forgiveness. Do not be ashamed of your strength. Get the fuck out there and take control. We are young. We are alive. We are beautiful. As the songs replay in your system, and delay any sign of surrendering in your mind, keep them playing. Say what you are afraid of, out loud, key word being loud. We are sleeping giants. If this isn’t a wake-up call, then why are you waking up at all?
